Just finished an installation of XP Pro. When I type 'ipconfig /all' the system returns 'Windows IP Configuration.' Does this just mean it is not finding a DHCP Server?

That means that it isn't finding any enabled network connections that
use the TCP/IP protocol. Go to Network Connections, right click your
desired network connection, and click Enable.
