IPC$ Help

"IMPORTANT: The default IPC$ administrative share is
required by the Server service and cannot be deleted."

Hmmm...

Well, I just deleted IPC$ and I need it back. I have tried
everything I can think of. I have restarted the server
service, restarted the computer, etc. nothing works.
Please help me. Thank you
