IP Unavailable after running scan

I downloaded the software and ran the scan and now I can
no longer connect to the internet via cable modem. A
result of unrepairable IP address. Everything before the
PC is good, has to be a result of the scan deleting
something necessary to connect. Any thoughts?

1) What build of Microsoft Antispyware are you on? (see help, about) Newer
builds should need this fix less frequently

2) what was cleaned? See cleaner.log in the installation folder for
Microsoft Antispyware.
