IP Network Monitoring software

Hi,

I have windows 2003 based network. i have different types of swithces.
i want to monitor the whole network. can any body help me to find a
software to monitor the network by checking the particular ip is how
much resourcing of network is using.

Put me down as a PRTG fan (have been a happy customer for ~3-4 years). Great
software at a reasonable price and under continual development (minor
bugfixes and improvements). You only need to have a switch with a mirrored
port if you want to do sniffing for a top talkers list. If you only want to
do bandwidth usage and uptime monitoring you can only require SNMP capable
devices (any enterprise class network gear). Check it out here:
