What your looking for is actually IP spoofing software and I've got to
admit, your going to be hard pressed to find one that actually works (I
certainly don't know of any that work).

Does any know of a good IP Hiding Software program.
There's no way to do that (unless you turn off your computer). Some
banner ads might warn you about the dangers of "BROADCASTING UR IP!!1",
but that's just deceiving advertisment bordering on being a scam.
You can muddy the path from A to B by going through C, D and E though.
Google for the word(s) 'proxy' and/or 'anonymous proxy'.
May I ask you why you want to do this?

For browsing the web get Avant Browser (free) from
http://www.avantbrowser.com/ . In the options menu you have the
option to connect via a proxy. This means your connection is from
your PC to your ISP, and then across to the proxy. Any sites you
then visit will be via the proxy, thus giving you anonymity. It also
means that you don't have to mess around with your dial-up settings,
but just remember you will be going through the anonymous proxy only
when using Avant.

Huh? Every browser I've ever used has the option to connect via a proxy.
You don't need Avant to do this.
If you use Webwasher, you are actually using a proxy server that filters
popups and ads before you get the stream.
There are numerous proxy servers who claim that they will hide your surfing
habits. Very few are free any more, though. One also wonders how dedicated
they would be to hiding your surfing habits if presented with a subpeona or
court order.
