Daryl:
When you state that your computer doesn't have an IP address, please
describe your problem in detail. Are you using dialup, or an ethernet card?
Did your ISP provide software that needs to be installed?
What are the results of an IPCONFIG /ALL? (you can run this from the
command prompt).
