IP Address Text Box

Hi,
I m bulilding an application that take IP ADDRESS as input and that perform
further functions on it . the ISSUE is I dont know how can I made a text box
that will take only IP ADDRESS I mean how can I impliment form validation
Plus that text box must take a formated text.
how can I forced that IP format in that text box.

Kindly help me.
Example will be best if any ony one have.
