I assume you mean your public IP used to access the internet. If it is a
static IP you can contact your ISP to try and change it though I would not
bet on their willingness to do so. If you have a dynamic IP address which
probably is the case you can try shutting down your modem and router [if
using broadband] for a while and then restarting to hopefully get a new IP
address. Having said that if you can explain exactly what is happening maybe
someone here can help. The use of a properly configured firewall is a must
for any user connected to the internet and will block access from other
internet users who are trying to establish a new connection to your computer
