ip 3000 text size

New to this newsgroup but I didn't find any current discussion on:

Is there a method of setting the text size when printing e-mails? Just
received one with Ariel size 14 text and the print was really large.
Wondering if there is a setting somewhere that can decrease that.

OK. I found under page layout where I can print scale and reduce the entire
page size. That will do it. Couldn't find the right words for google to
answer this.

There's a lot of buttons and dialog boxes in any program. It does get
confusing on the first day that you open the packages and plug
everything in. In a few short months you will be using bold print and
italics like a pro.
