Invoke of TAPI functions

Hello.
From which file can I invoke TAPI function in CF?
I'm doing it usualy from tapi.dll, but I can't find this file on PPC.
 
Yes, as long as you choose PPC PE emulator. The generic emulator does not
have celltsp (voice TAP service provider)
 
Where can I get PPC PE emulator?

But it doesn't work:-(
I'm running it on Pocket PC 2003 Emulator.
The message is: "Could not find cellular line"
What's wrong?
 
Like I said before, you need a Pocket PC *Phone Edition* Emulator (the one
with virtual radio).
The sample provided is for phone-enabled devices. If you need to work with
other devices, modify the samlple - currently it searches for the first line
served by cell tsp
