Is there a freeware program that will produce simple but professional (or as
near as) looking invoices?

Must work using Sterling currency.

OpenOffice. Just find a good template.

I asked the same question and I got lots of responses. The best I found
was X-Sheet Invoicing. www.development-x.com . Not exactly freeware,
you have to register it online, but no nags. Works very well, very
configurable. Since it pulls your date / currency from Windows, you no
settings for that are needed. MS Access based.

You must have registered this quite a while ago. I've been trying to
get a "free registration" unlock key and there is no response. Under
that circumstance, would you care to share they key with us?
