I am inviting my husband to Outlook calendar appointments as a way of
sharing calendars (we are not using and exchange server).

When he aceepts an appointment from me at 9:00am, it shows up at 8:00am in
his calendar. We haven't tested it going the other way yet.

We are using identical computers and operating systems (XP SP2), which have
both recently been reinstalled and updated. We are both using the same time
zone.

How can we fix this?
Thanks

Just to be sure double check the Outlook time zone here: Tools menu >
Options > Calendar > Time Zone

I'd wager one of you has a mismatch between Windows' DST setting and Outlook
Calendar's DST setting.

By the way, http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm has some suggestions
for syncing.
