I use Outlook2003 connected to my work Exchange server, my wife uses
Entourage on the Mac (no exchange server). I often create appointments and
invite her, she gets an email with the invitation, accepts, and it's on her
calendar.
I've imported a large number of appointments (baseball games ) and would
like to add her as an attendee on all of those games that we have tickets
to.
Is ther a way to automate this rather than opening each appointment
individually and inviting her?
