Invisible keylogger?

During a scan of my PC using Spyware Doctor, I noticed it scanning
though a directory called C:\Program Files\Invisible Keylogger.
Despite having all the settings in explorer to show hidden and system
files, I cannot see this directory to delete it ?

What's going on here ?
