Invisible Form Buttons

I have a form, and on that form, I have a command button for print, go back
and refresh.

For some reason, when a user uses that form, those buttons are invisible.
So when the user hits Ctrl+Alt+Del, the buttons appear. I checked the
properties of those buttons, and the Visible property says Yes.

Also when I use that form, it doesn't happen to me. I may be wrong it seems
like the problem happens only to that user.

Anyone has any idea what causing that to happen?

Does this user screen resolution like yours, mybe he got smaller resolution,
and the buttond hide on the buttom of the form
 
Yes, everything you say is correct. He has a smaller resolution, and the
buttons hide on the button of the form. You are genius.

What can I do to correct that problem? Thanks.
 
Change his screen resolution, or change the form size.
It is recomanded that the programmer and the users will have the screen
resolution to avoid this errors

If it is a big form with alot of fields, consider creating a TAB in the
form, so you can split the form and then make it smaller.
