composing email in Outlook2003, the text is invisible. The problem does not
exist when replying/forwarding to email. I suspect that normal.dot got
corrupted.
How to correct font color in Normal.dot to black?

Delete normal.dot and allow it to be recreated. Make sure, also, that your
stationery is set to "none".
