Invalid Syntax error on IE6

Hi,
I got Invalid syntax error on IE6, cannot get anything on IE6 now.
I have StopSign, ran that, found a bounch of viruses, deleted and cleaned,
rebooted, but same error with IE6. any suggestions?
 
possibly related is when I look a tools settings
it doesn't have a temporary internet files folder listed, and
it says amount of disk space to use as 0. But when I try to enter
a number it says put a number between 1 and 0 in, so it doesn't take.
Cannot choose another file to put temporary itnernet files, says it
can't gather info. Have any idea, or do I need to get a cdrom of IE
browser?

After I noticed an unrelated graphics problem unable to start,
I checked the system log and found I had disk errors at the
time things started to go wrong. W2k server. Trying to
analyze, defragment now. Might be the problem.
