Invalid ENTRYID Passed In/Contact List format

Hi,

I purchased Office 2007 Pro for Students with going back to college,
upgrading my previous version which was Office 2000 on my PC. I am getting
the ENTRYID error in messages that won't send, they just sit in the Outbox
when I hit Send/Receive. I sent a test message to my personal email and that
was sent and received fine, and my Yahoogroups are received, so this is not a
connection error.

Also, a secondary item, is there a way to get the contact list/address book
to organize by last name? I put in people to display last name first and
even manually changed the name line to have last, first, but when you open
the address book, it shows people organized by first name.

To change the Address Book sort order go to Tools/Account Settings/Address
Books/Change and change the Show Names By field.
 
did you make a new profile or use the same one you used with outlook 2000?
Because of a number of differences between the versions a new profile is
highly recommended, especially if you use Internet mode with 2000.
