Invalid backweb applic. Id

I keep getting a message that says Invalid Backweb
applicaton ID "137903". It's causing all sorts of
problems. I cannot access any programs from the start
menu, the computer seems to freeze up. I have tried
resotring to a date before this was happening but, it
didn't help at all. Anybody have any thoughts on how to
fix this?

That's an HP application.
Start>>Run>>Type "msconfig" Look at the Startup tab. Uncheck the entry for
the HP Backweb application.

Please also scan for spyware with an application like Ad-Aware.
