intruder detection

When I try to activate my intruder detector, it will not save and gives me
the message to make sure my windows account is not restricted. What does
that mean? and how can I turn "on" this functionality?

I just responded to the post you made as "Michael" a few minutes ago.
Please do not start a new thread with the same question. Please wait at
least 24 hours before posting the same question again. Search for your
earlier post and answer the questions I asked you for more help. Keep
posts about this subject in the first thread you started.
