Intro Book That Deals With C# Code and not Visual Tools ?

Hi,

Is the there a book that does not concentrate on Visual tools ("Visual C#") and gets into the OOP and the coding and .net libraries, but assumes no prior C# knowledge (not necessarily beginner but just has not used C# before)?

The first section isn't bad if you can find a used copy. Part 2 is pretty
much obsolete.
