intrnet Expolrer could not opn the search page

I am facing this problem at many places. I see that I get
connected to the net but when open IE and type any site
and press enter then I get a MSG " Internet Explorer
Could Not Open The Search Page"

I have to format the HDD as all AV 's and Microsoft Anti
Spyware dose not find any thing.

I am not really sure if it is a Spyware or a virus but
this happens very frequently. I see such cases in every
10 days.

Boot into Safe Mode (F8) at Start Up;

Empty your temporary files AND your Temporary Internet Files C:\Documents

and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files folder ;

Run the scan while in safe mode;

If you are running SP2, open IE--->Tools--->Manage Add-ons, and uncheck any

BHO's that you don't recognize.
