Intranet site reported as being in the Internet zone

On two different computers, I've got an intranet website that is reporting in
as being in the INTERNET. Also, the page errors with "The page cannot be
displayed". Has anyone seen this before?

Also, the page errors with "The page cannot be displayed".

Then it didn't get far enough to know what zone it was in.

Has anyone seen this before?

Does it start as Unknown zone?
