Intouch 9.0 Problem

Hello, all

I'm developing embedded device include Intouch 9.0(Wonderware)
However, Software(intouch9.0) is not works on XP Embedded.
It works fine on XP Pro.

If I try to execute Intouch.exe, it shows :

End User License Agreement
Error While Reading End User License Agreement Document

If anyone could help me solving this problem, all suggestions are welcome,

Just an idea... Launch the Exe having FileMon (www.sysinternals.com) tool running and monitoring FS. You may be able to see why it
is failing to read EULA document file.

And obviously, resolve all the software dependencies in your image.
