Interpolating value

When a chart generated is it possible in exel to return a value from the
chart or chart data by reading chart or interpollating value from knowns.
(parabolic/logaritmic charts etc)

The chart can't, but the data sheet (from which the chart was generated)
can. Try the FORECAST function.
