When signing onto the net I stupidly increased the resolution to "full
screen" and lost the tool bar at the top. How do I change the screen back so
that I get the toolbar back. I have tried going into settings on the control
panel but that didn't work.

By pressing F11 on your Keyboad, does it bring you back to normal?
