I installed spyware and now I can't log into any website.
My security settings on my computer are affected. I
uninstalled spyware and the problem is not fixed. HOw do I
fix this!!

If you don't have network connectivity at all--i.e. email is not working, as
well as web, use this KB article to get this resolved quickly:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/892350

If this doesn't describe your problem, please explain further what you mean
by "security
settings" being affected.

I have network connectivity and the internet works fine
except when I want to login to a secure website. ie:
hotmail, banking sites, credit card sites. It gives me a
cannot load page error.

This is not an issue that I have an instant correct answer for, I'm afraid.
Here's one link I found with general advice relating to this symptom--but I
would be cautious about the advice offered, and take some care to do the
less intrusive things before the more intrusive--i.e. repair install, for
example I would view as more intrusive!

It might help to look at the cleaner.log file from the folder that Microsoft
Antispyware is installed in, typically c:\program files\Microsoft
Antispyware to see whether you can spot some file involved in encryption
operations that might have been removed as a false positive as part of a
cleaning operation.
