Internet & VPN access

Until recently our Internet access has been via a dialup
ISDN router, which allowed (slow) web browsing and VPN
access simultaneously.

Today we have installed a DSL router. It is accessed via
our windows 2000 server which has two NIC's. I have setup
RRAS and this is allowing us either web browsing or VPN
access to our remote mail server, but not to both at the
same time.
I also cannot access secure passport sites such as hotmail.

Any idea what I might have done wrong?

Other than this it works fine......

I have not set up any filters

this is maybe because of IPfilters set on your RAS server.
