when I go into exployer and then go to tools I don't
have the general tab or program tab.I would like to
uninstall the program and then reinstall it but it dose't
work what can I do?

installed. What if nothing is installed. Maybe,
reinstalling IE will help?

Hijackware is the most common cause of a missing General tab.
