Internet Time

I can't see the Internet time option in Date and time
properties. Can someone tell me why?

From [Start] | Help and Support |
To change the clock synchronization server
If your computer is a member of a domain, your computer
clock is probably synchronized automatically by a network
time server.

In Control Panel | Date and Time | /Internet Time\ is not
available if your computer is a member of a domain.
