I'm proberly in the wrong place but no matter how much I
delete my history folder if I go into serach I come up
with all these internet shortcuts. How do I delete them?

Which search? You may be referring to something that is handled by
AutoComplete. There are autocomplete settings in the browser:
Internet Options> Advanced> Use Inline AutoComplete
Internet Options> Content> Personal Information> AutoComplete

If clearing History in Internet Options, does not clear all. Use
Taskbar/Start Menu> Documents> Clear to pick up a few of the stragglers.
You may still end up with some leftovers that appear only at certain
websites - but will have removed the most of them.
