Internet sharing

I would like to share my high speed internet with
another computer in my house.My computer has Windows XP
home edition and the other computer has Windows 95 with
Windows 98 upgrade.Iknow I have to install a NIC card in
the Windows95 computer but that's all I'm sure of.
