I'm using a Win2K server as my gateway to the internet to 5 workstations.
I'm looking for software to monitor internet activity that doesn't require a
client be installed on the workstations. Any recommendations would be
greatly appreciated!

Search for "internet monitoring software". There are lot's available at different
prices. Microsoft ISA would be ideal, but I doubt you want to spend $1500 or so. The
best solution may be to ditch the internet connection sharing if you can and use a
cable/dsl router. Even the cheapest of them have some sort of logging ability
[usually you need to know ip address on internal computer which is not hard to find
out]. Many times they can not store much on the device themselves, but they can
usually route the logs to a local computer. I would go to the various websites for
Dlink , Netgear, or Linksys and you can download the user guide which will give you
specifics. You will be amazed at the abilities of today's very affordable devices
that start at as low as $19 after rebates. --- Steve
