Hello,

I've tried allowing sharing on my Dialup Connections, but Internet Sharing
is still not working on the my network.

How can this be done?

I recall getting this to work years ago when testing Small Business Server
and it worked flawlessly using a Proxy Server. I wondering if this is the
only solution.

Another question is that I've ordered DSL and I'm wondering if that
connection setup might solve the problem

Thanks for any assistance or direction from anyone,

Well, I'm not sure what "not working" means, but what you can try is this.
Is the computer that actually dials up able to access the Internet okay?
And you have that connection set to be shared? If so, go to the other
computer, and setup these TCP/IP settings for the network connection that
you're using that connects this machine to the "dialup server" machine.

IP 192.168.0.15
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
DNS 192.168.0.1 (Or your ISP's DNS server, if you know the IP)

When you do that, do yourself lots of favors and get a router. One of those
off-the-shelf routers that you can buy at Best Buy or whatever is just fine.
I think that all of them now come with a built-in firewall, which is a very
nice thing. If you felt very motivated, you could even buy one now that
supports connections to a modem and modem control.
