internet shared conection

Hi all:

I have 1 computer with 2 NICS, one connected to internet
and another one to my local lan. It's working perfectly.
But now i try to connect another network to intenet
trought on computer of my LAN (not the same) with 2 NIC
and i'd try to share my internet conection and i have
error message

You may have connected the 3rd PC in one of many wrong ways.
