internet share problem HELP...!!

hi i am having problem with internet share i am using win
xp pro as host and win 98 as user to have acces to the
internet;i did the instalation disk fron win xp on
network setup wizard evry thing works disks and printer
shares but not with the internet can any one help me.!!!
 
DO NOT USE THE WINDOWS XP SETUP!!!
it never works very well. instead, set it up manually. i
have done it, and my internet connections work fine.
