internet runtime error

When i browse the internet and the pages are loading or even when i go over
some links i get this error popup. " A runtime error has ocurred. do you wish
to debug line = ? error object expected" and the line is not the same line
each time its different.
 
This often indicates a problem with the particular Web pages or sites you're
visiting, but depending on the links may indicate a problem with your local
PC (damaged Java components, for example).
