You can use pretty much any MP3 Player (Winamp@
http://www.winamp.com
, Apollo by Heiki@
http://www.hut.fi/~hylinen/apollo/ , Quintessential
Player@
http://beta.quinnware.com/index.php , etc) to play internet
radio streams listed at
http://www.shoutcast.com . (I used BOOMBox
Internet Radio Player, available from
http://www.jajsoft.com , to
enumerate the Shoutcast list without having to open a browser. It's
very handy, and even includes a favorites feature.)
If you're referring to a specific radio station, then you may need
something like Real Alternative@
http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail.php3?fid=1054136293 which
includes the Real codecs, a multimedia player capable of handling Real
files, as well as plugins for different browsers.
If you're referring to a service like Spinner/Radio@Netscape, then you
might be out of luck, because I am not aware of any free, ad-free
services or front-ends. But, with all the other options, who needs
Radio@Netscape anyways?
