internet proxy setting

cant send suspected spyware report pops up cant send
report check internet proxy settins but it still get
updates just cant send report
 
If it is any consolation, I have two machines out of about 3 dozen which
also have this problem. They are behind the same firewalls as the others,
and everything else on them works. I haven't spotted a way around this one
yet myself.

Could you get me a netmon trace of the failure? If you can, just send it to
me.
