Internet proxy server greyed out.

Hi,

Some of our site server need to go to the internet via a proxy server, in
IE6 (win2k btw) the proxy server tickbox is greyed out, as is the advanced
button. Has this been set via a gpo, as when I join a machine to the domain
this is the settings that appear.

Can this be changed?
