internet problems

This problem has been happening for quite some time, but
as of late it has been getting increasingly worse. After
being connected to the internet, I cannot view a webpage
that pops up over another page. Everytime a webpage has
this happen my internet freezes. Do you have any
suggestions as to what to do? Thank you for your time.

hey there I just e-mailed you as I got an idea, just go

to the start menu under accessories, under system tools,
and click on sytem restore, then just go back as early as
it takes to get back to where the windows don't freeze
anymore! This worked for me I hope it works for you!
