internet problem

I have xp home and set up the internet for myself
(Administrator account)but when other limited users log on
and try to access the net they get the message "access
denied see access control list" help please

I have Pasted the Resolution from the Article for your reference:

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, create a new connection to your ISP.

connection for your use only. This is why other users can log on and browse
the Internet with no problems.
