Internet printing

Windows server 2003, Defalut IIS install, with tsweb, and
SUS. when trying to load http://servername/printers, i
get http error 500, page cannot be displayed. The
application event log returns event ID 5, with the
description "Error: File /printers/ipp_util.inc Line 74
OnStartPage Failed. An error occurred in the OnStartPage
method of an external object." any body have any clues?
