internet printing

when I am inside my own network, I tried to map my printer
using http://URL/printers. It asked for my user name and
password, but denied my access even though I used the
administrator userid.

While I am on the road, I got the "error code 80070035 Get
ADSI printer error" Is there a port I need to open on the
firewall?
 
I am having a simliar problem. I have opened my firewall
to both port 80 and port 443 but still get the same error
message. I can access the Printers page from the LAN but
not from the Internet.
