Internet Picture Will Not Open

If i try to save a pic from the internet my computer will
let me save it, but when i go to open it with any program
It will not display it. Can someone help me please?!?!

You probably just need to delete your Internet temporary files or if you are
on AOL change some simple settings. Go to the following site, bottom of the
