I am looking for a software that can use my pc to call oversea phone,
In the freeware site I found a software call PC-Telephone Free5.0
which is free and I download it, but becouse of configaration problem,
I am not able to use it, anyone use this software to make IDD call ?

But you can still have these "communications" nowadays, when you use a
cellphone on highways or in a train.
