Anybody who can help,

I have a reuter connecting my notebook pc to a high speed
internet connection. The connection seems to be working
fine, since I can download my e-mail's etc. but every 15
minutes or so, my internet explorer 6.0 becomes non-
responsive. It shows that it's thinking (with the little
hour glass by the cursos), but doesn't pull the next page
until after about 2-3 minutes. Once again, I have
confirmed that while this pause is occurring, data is
still being transfered since I can download e-mail. Any
help I can get would be great.

Cami2206,
The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).

You may need to clear your TIF as you may have a corrupt file there.

Close all instances of OE and IE
Control Panel | Internet Options | General tab
Click the "Delete Files" button, when prompted place a check in:
"Delete all offline content", click OK
Click the "Clear History" button, click OK.
Click the Settings button, adjust the TIF size to 50 mb, click OK
