Has any one had trouble tring to ge thelp form (e-mail address removed) or other support thru microsoft.
I have been having trouble trying to access pages in my browser explorer 6. & when I close a page it comes up with the error "0x31e2008" reference memory at "0x03ie208"
Have been having this trouble since I downloaded Zone Alarm Pro.
All my cookies seem ok in my browser.
Aslo the setting seem ok in Zone Alarm.
tried to get help thru suport emails at micosoft but they keep coming back as not correct addies.
I have tried sending to support thru Incredmail & Eudora.
Still to no avial looks like I will have to ring up offline so they can charge a pensioner at least $35 bucks plus GST.
They say microsoft is supposed to be user friendly, but some one is making the big bucks off the poorly pensioners & retired people who can't afford to take their machines in to a shop to have hten looked up.
So can any suggest how i can get around fixing up my browser cheaply.
Any suggesteion will be greatly accepted
