I have XP home edition, and just recently, my computer
downloaded something where it changed my administrator
settings. I have been trying to delete my cookies and
such while internet explorer is open, but a warning comes
up saying "This operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effecton on this computer. Please
contact your system administrator." The thing is that I
didn't change anything, and I AM the system administrator.

I was wondering if there was anything you guys could
suggest to help me get rid of this problem. It's also
not allowing me to change my homepage at all. I'm
thinking that it has something to do with MSN, because my
new homepage is now the MSN webpage.

Thanks

Chris,
Did you by chance run SpyBot's Immunize feature?
"Lock IE control panel against opening from within IE (current user)"
