Internet Options

When I click on my internet options, my general tab has
disappeared. I am trying to change my homepage and would
like to have this option. My temporary internet folder
has also disappeared from my C: drive. Can anyone help?

If the things there don't fix it use:
Restore All Tabs under Internet Options
